This Aeronautical Information Circular supersedes the AIC 14/22 

The purpose of this Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) is to disseminate to all personnel involved in air operations the procedure so that operators can request information concerning the status of their flights.

RAP 311 - Air Traffic Services establishes that ATS units, when performing their functions, must consider the operator's needs inherent to compliance with the obligations specified in the regulations for aircraft operation, and if the operator needs it, they will make information available to them or their authorized representative, so that they can fulfil their responsibilities.

The content of this Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) enters into force from the date of its publication.

This AIC is applicable to any air operator that performs regular, non-regular commercial aviation and general aviation flights at the national and international level that has permission from the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics of Peru - DGAC.

5.1 Users are required to present their designated representative for this purpose, who will be responsible for requesting the information from the Aeronautical Station operators.

5.2 The operators must send an email to the Aeronautical Operations Management (jmerino@corpac.gob.pe), Aeronautical Station Area Headquarters (jcandela@corpac.gob.pe) and the Aeronautical Station Area (oea@corpac.gob.pe) with the data of designated representatives.

The operators will oversee notifying CORPAC S.A. of the change of designated representatives.

The operators of the aeronautical station are the personnel in charge of providing the following information if available:

a) Estimated time of departure
b) Take-off time
c) Estimated time of arrival
d) Arrival time
e) Alternate aerodrome if applicable
f) Other information related to the flight if available

It is the unit in charge of supplying the required information to the designated representatives.

The designated representatives will call the telephones of the Aeronautical Station requesting the information in accordance with numeral 7.

To obtain the information, the designated representative must identify himself and communicate the registration of the aircraft, as well as the place of departure and arrival; if possible, the estimated off-block time according to the flight plan.

The operators of the aeronautical station will provide the information only to the designated representatives to safeguard the safety of the flights.
